The highly anticipated Miley Cyrus event is approaching one day at a time. This teen sensation and Disney star is ready to take the world by storm. Her 2009 tour will officially kick off in Portland on September 14. The tour is primarily directed to promote her new album, “The Time of Our Lives”. The tour will start in Oregon and will continue all the way to New York. She will also have stops in Birmingham, London, Manchester, and Dublin.
